Study Abroad in United StatesThe United States, bordered by Canada to the North, and Mexico to the South, possesses a diverse landscape, ranging from the rugged Rocky Mountains and deserts in the west, to flat plains of the mid-west to the long sandy coast lines along the Atlantic and Pacific shores. It is a vast country which spans 3,000 miles across. The country is divided into 50 states and is home to many large metropolitan cities like New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Denver to name a few. Since the United States is such a large country, we have listed some attractions in Florida where our Spanish language program is located.
Universal Studios Orlando- Experience the movies! The studio complex offers two theme parks, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. City Walk, a unique entertainment and nightlife complex, comes alive at night. Discovery Cove - Swim with dolphins at this water wildlife park just outside of Orlando. Everglades National Park - Visit the only subtropical preserve in North America. The park is excellent for bird watching and is the only place in the world where crocodiles and alligators co-exist! The Florida Keys- The Keys stretch from just south of Miami into the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.
