main concern. If you aren't satisfied, we'll pay for a week of group
classes at the same program or another of your choice.
- 110% Price Guarantee - You never pay more with AmeriSpan because
if you find a price lower than ours, we'll match it and take another
10% off.
- Full Money Back Guarantee - Change your mind for any reason and
we'll refund 100% of any money paid to AmeriSpan…no questions asked.

although we will try and
match any competitor's price

Satisfaction Guarantee
To invoke
the Satisfaction Guarantee, please submit a letter upon completion
of your program
which describes why you
are dissatisfied with the language
component of your program. We use
this information to evaluate and improve
the program for future participants.
Within 3 weeks, we will issue you a
coupon for one week of group language class
(does not include lodging) at the same
program or any of our other programs
teaching the same language. You
may use this free week of classes at any
time in the future.
Money Back Guarantee
For AmeriSpan language and
specialized programs (except the Amman,
Jordan program), you may cancel
your program at any time up to two weeks
prior to your scheduled start date and
receive a full refund of all monies paid
to AmeriSpan.
Price Guarantee
For purposes of invoking the
110% Price
Guarantee, the other program's
price needs to be at least $10 less than AmeriSpan's published price
AND the program needs to be comparable
to AmeriSpan's program. When registering for a program,
simply include a copy of the other
organization's price sheet or a link to
their website where the price is in
print. As long as the program is
equivalent to AmeriSpan's program (see
below) we will honor their price and
discount it another 10% (up to a maximum
of $100).
How To Calculate

Find AmeriSpan's
Price - AmeriSpan's
registration fee should not be added
for comparative purposes.

Find Comparative
Price - If the price is in
Euros or another currency, then you'll need to convert
to a US dollar price. Go to
Oanda.com
to find the median $/Euro
rate. Then take the
comparative programs price and
divide it by the $/euro exchange
rate. Then multiply this price
by 1.05. We add 5% because the
median exchange rate is not
obtainable in the real world and if you try
to
exchange dollars for Euros, you'll
realize that you will pay a minimum
of 3-5% (if you don't believe us,
contact your local bank or a local
American Express travel
office).

Compare the two
prices - if AmeriSpan's price is
at least $10 higher than this
price then you may
invoke the price
guarantee as
long as the
programs are
equivalent (see
below).
How To Determine
Equivalent Programs
In order to invoke
the 110% Price
Guarantee, the
programs must be
comparable.
Here is a list to
check to see if they
are equivalent:
- Destination -
The comparative program needs to be in the same
city. For example, you can't
compare a program in Salamanca with
AmeriSpan's program in Barcelona.

Amount of Class -
The comparative program must have
an equal amount (or more) of
Spanish instruction time.
There are two factors to determine
this: sessions/week and
minutes/session.

Maximum Students
per Class - The comparative
program must have the same (or
fewer) students in class. We
determine this by the programs
stated maximum number of
students.

Same
Type of Lodging - The
comparative program price must be
calculated with the same: type of
lodging (homestay, dorm or
residence/apartment); # of
meals/day; and number of people
sharing the room (private or
shared).

Same
Quality of Instruction -
AmeriSpan reserves the right to
disqualify certain programs where
the quality of instruction may be
in question. This is
determined by several factors
including teachers qualifications,
years in business, international
recognition and qualifications
(i.e. CEELE).
What Happens If The Program Is
The Same School
AmeriSpan Works With?
If the school's
prices are in a foreign
currency, then you are
eligible for the Foreign
Price Guarantee, not the
110% Price Guarantee. Go

information. If the
prices are in US
dollars, then we have
made mistake or the
school is running a
special we have missed,
just let us know and
we'll adjust the price
and take off an
additional $10 as a
benefit for letting us
know.
What Happens If The Program Is Not Equivalent?
If for some reason, we deem
the other program not equivalent
with AmeriSpan's program. We'll inform you and
you may cancel and
receive a
full refund.
