Learning Russian abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia is one of many language immersion programs offered by AmeriSpan. In just a few short years, life in the largest country on Earth - the Russian Federation - has changed radically. In 1991, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) ceased to exist. In its place are Russian Federation (Russia) and 14 independent countries. Russia stretches from the Gulf of Finland to the Bering Strait and is the home to more than 100 ethnic groups.
Learn Russian Language in Russia:
St. Petersburg, the second largest city in the nation with 6 million inhabitants, is the home of the Czars and one of Europe's most beautiful cities. This is a city of palaces, renowned cultural institutions, museums, and outdoor landmarks - all reflecting the diversity and history of this grand city. Adding to the atmosphere are the many branches of the Neva river, giving St. Petersburg an almost Venice-like feel. It is called the 'Cultural Capital of Russia' and lives up to the title with year-round festivals, like the White Nights festivities at Midsummer.
School Facilities:
Downtown and occupies a 3-story, classical style building, 5 minutes walk from The Nevsky Prospect and Alexander Nevsky metro station. 20 bright, modern classrooms, conference hall, cafeteria, satellite TC, video facilities, free access to Email and Internet. Cafes, restaurants, and shops are all within a few minutes walking distance.

Member of FIYTO, ALTO, IALC, EQUALS, Russo-British Chamber of Commerce & Chamber of Commerce Switzerland-Russia. Qualified by ROPRYAL (Russian Association of Teachers for Russian Language and Literature). Accredited by the Swedish CSN and the German BILDUNGSURLAUB.

Airport Pickup Comments:
Airport pick-up is only included with homestay/apartment accommodation and if arriving on Sunday only. Classes only program or arriving other than Sunday add: $65 for airport pickup

* Private classes: $685 for the first 10 hours, then $60/hr (minimum 10hrs/wk)
