Learning Spanish abroad in Madrid, Spain is one of many language immersion programs offered by AmeriSpan. From its dazzling beaches to its ancient castles, Spain is a country as diverse as the cultures which have influenced its art, architecture, music and lifestyle. It is a land where cathedrals and castles are interspersed with skyscrapers, where modern rock mixes with flamenco guitar, and night clubs compete with cozy "tapas" bars. Spain offers some of the world's most famous museums, resorts, and festivals, making it a unique and enchanting destination.

The famed capital of Spain is a cosmopolitan city of unequaled culture and nightlife. With everything from world famous museums to high fashion shopping, one never runs out of things to do in Madrid. Conveniently located at a maximum of 5 hours by train or bus to any other city in Spain, its central location makes it an ideal home base for language travelers.
School Facilities:
Our 1st Choice school is located in the heart of Madrid, close to the famous Gran Via, Alcala and Cibeles, so it is easy to get to and from any other part of the city. The school has an administration office, computer room, a staff room, 13 large classrooms, 3 smaller classrooms for individual classes all with air-conditioning. In addition, there is a recreational area to relax with TV, newspapers, and coffee.
Participants:
Mostly from Europe, Japan and US. Wide age range. Also, English is taught to locals here.
Accreditation Memberships:
Member of FIYTO, BELTA, NAFSA, ALTO, UNION LATINA, AEEM, AMACFE & AECAE. Qualified by the CEELE (Certificate of teaching of Spanish as a foreign language). Accredited by the Instituto Cervantes, Spanish Chamber of Commerce, the Swedish CSN and the German BILDUNGSURLAUB. Approved by several US institutions including: University of Souther Mississippi.Approved for academic credit by several US Institutions including Brookhaven College
