Learn Japanese in Tokyo
Japanese Immersion in Japan
Learning Japanese abroad in Tokyo, Japan is one of many language immersion programs offered by AmeriSpan. Somewhere between the elegant formality of Japanese manners and the candid, between the sanitized shopping malls and the unexpected rural festivals, everyone finds their own vision of Japan. Whether you end up taking photos of a reproduction Eiffel Tower, surfing an indoor wave, or taking a nap in a capsule, you will do best to come with an open mind and be prepared for surprise.
Learn Japanese Language in Japan:
Tokyo’s population of 12 million plus is crammed together (more than 14,000 per sq mile) and this makes the city crowded, alive, hectic, exciting and overwhelming all at the same time. Tokyo actually is a web of interconnected “villages” consisting of 23 city wards, 26 cities, 5 towns and 8 villages. Home to the Imperial Palace, Japan’s capital is a city of contrasts blending its ancient character with modern economic power of Japan.
School Facilities:
Located a charming historic building in the heart of Tokyo’s city center, Chiyoda District, the school is close to Tokyo’s main business and financial district, as well as universities and shopping. It is conveniently located a minutes walk to nearby train stations such as Jimbo-cho, Kudanshita and Suidobashi Stations. The building has 9 classrooms, computer lounge with small library and offices. Capacity is 170 students per day.
Participants:
Students, independent travelers and professionals from many different countries. Average age is 23 years and main nationalities are South Korean, Taiwanese, Swedish and North American.
