Learning Chinese abroad in Shanghai, China is one of many language immersion programs offered by AmeriSpan. China is more than a country – it is a whole different world, from shop-till-you-drop metropolises to the epic grasslands of Inner Mongolia, with deserts, sacred peaks, astounding caves, and imperial ruins in between. Along with the stark contrasts comes stark beauty; there is plenty to see if you can wade through the crowds.
Learn Chinese Language in China:
Shanghai is one of the largest industrial cities in China. Being an important seaport and China's largest commercial and financial center, it includes a blend of Chinese and colonial European architectural style; the old and the modern. It is known as the "the Oriental Paris," a shopper's paradise.
School Facilities:
The school is located downtown in a newly-built group of houses, overlooking a central Chinese style garden square in a residential area. There are 12 class rooms, 2 computers with internet and a small tea/cofee area. Within walking distance from restaurants, cafes, embassies, nice hotels and busy streets. Capacity is 100 students/day.
Participants:
Mostly from Europe and the US. Average age 25-29.

* Private classes: $1360 for first 20 hours, $25/hour thereafter (minimum 20 hours/week)

* If studying between June 1 - August 31, add $40/week (classes w/apartment) or $20/week (classes only).
