Affiliate Agreement (PDF format) - Please note that this standard
application can be modified to meet an institutions specific
needs or requirements.
- Secondary
School Affiliate Agreement (PDF format) - Beginning with the very first student’s enrollment, your office will receive a marketing grant and scholarships will be available to your students.
- Corporation
Affiliate Agreement (PDF format) - Please note that this standard
application can be modified to meet a corporation's specific
needs or requirements.
