One of AmeriSpan's partner language schools specializing in teaching Spanish to foreigners as well as English to local people.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with administration and student body. Variety of adminstrative tasks such as helping register students, bookkeeping, materials preparation, and special projects.
Work Schedule: The work is FULL-TIME. Available from Sep-Dec. Hours: 8am-1pm and 4pm-7pm.
Location of Placements: Merida
Lodging: Homestay
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 23 years.
- Minimum commitment: 12 weeks.
- Minimum Spanish level: High-Intermediate
- College degree.
- Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Important Things to Consider:
- Volunteers are expected to dress (not suits, but no shorts either) and behave professionally.
Other Comments:
The maximum number of volunteers that this organization accepts is 2.
