However we don't require you to use us for everything. We'll work to provide just what you need.Free ProgramFor our Ready Made Group Programs, we offer 1 free program for every 8 paying participants. For groups of 5 or more participating in our Standard Language Programs, we offer a 10% discount to be used as you desire - help offset your own costs, offer a scholarship to a participant, or share it among all all participants.Detailed ItineraryWe provide you with a detailed itinerary which includes a day by day schedule and outlines what is included and what is not included. This is especially helpful during the recruitment process.Travel Assistance PlanAll participants of AmeriSpan group programs will be enrolled in a Travel Assistance Plan that offers reimbursement for accidental medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, passport replacement and other services. AmeriSpan can accept all major credit cards as well as checks.Liability InsuranceAmeriSpan has an insurance policy which insures us against many of the most common liability claims that can arise from group travel.
