AmeriSpan's Program for Italian Teachers in Florence, Italy is for Italian teachers who want to not only to improve methodology and educational theory, but also gain in-depth cultural training.
The program includes lectures and workshops, taught entirely in Italian, that allow teachers to experience a diverse range of teaching techniques through interactive group training, as well as extensive classroom observation. Outside the classroom, specialized activities and excursions will provide teachers with relevant and first-hand cultural experience.
Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance, is considered the heartbeat of the country with its breathtaking architecture and sculpture, cultural events and museums. The streets of Florence radiate the charm of Italian culture.

The Medici Family were the generous patrons, under thier command the city flourished, the city’s artists and sculptors, regaled the city with their finest creations. Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello, Giotto, the Lippis, Masaccio, Botticelli, Pontormo and a host of others left their mark.
You can see that at the Uffizi Galleria, at Palazzo Pitti and in the Accademia.
