Study Abroad Analyst / Intern
Study Abroad Analyst Overview
We are seeking a part-time employee or intern to join our team in center city (Philadelphia) and assist with customer service, data entry and communication with students & international partners. The position is for 15+ hours per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answering phones, emails and chats
- Application processing (data entry)
- Assisting with ad hoc recruiting/marketing initiatives
- Various administrative duties.
- Other special projects that may arise.

Ideal Candidates will have the following:
|
- College degree (or currently enrolled in college)
- Experience working with MS Word and Excel
- International travel/study abroad experience
- Familiarity with at least one other language (ex. college level
courses). Preference will be given to students with at least a "High
Beginner" level of Spanish
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to work with others and to work independently

Compensation:
|
- Hourly wage commensurate with experience and skills
- Note: candidates seeking college level internship but are precluded from being paid, may be eligible for a stipend, domestic/international travel or other incentives
- Potential for increased responsibility and salaried position within 6 to 12 months based on individual performance
