Booking & Financial Control Analyst Overview
We are seeking an analyst to join our team in Philadelphia (Center City). The actual position is part bookkeeping, part accounting and part customer service. This salaried, part-time position will average 20-30 hours per week. .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Reviewing and approving invoices from international partners
- Monitoring application process
- Communicating with international partners and currently enrolled applicants
- Communicating with US colleges & universities with regard to financial aid and college credit
- Recording & depositing payments received (cash and credit cards)
- Paying expenses
- Monitoring internal budget and revising projections

Requirements:
|
- At least undergraduate college degree
- Strong comfort working with numbers and an analytical mind
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience working with Excel (strong command of basic skills)
- Ability to work with others and to work independently on multiple tasks
|
Ideal Candidates will also possess (these are not requirements)
|
- Experience working with Quickbooks
- Past International travel/study abroad experience
- Familiarity with at least one foreign language (ex. college level courses). Preference will be given to students with at least a “High Beginner” level of Spanish
|
Compensation:
|
- Hourly wage commensurate with experience and skills
- Potential for salaried position with benefits within 3 to 6 months based on performance
- Possibility for extra income during high season paid by the hour
- Flexible work schedule
