Overview
For a limited time, you have the opportunity to Name Your Price for any of our programs! We'll do our best to accept these offers. If we do not accept your price, your credit card will never be charged.
How It Works
You will complete a
Name Your Price application that requires a $100 registration fee
and the fee you want to pay. We only charge the registration fee, if your
price is accepted.. If your price is accepted, your application will be processed and then the $100 registration fee is not refundable. If we don't accept your price, we will e-mail you a counteroffer. You then may choose to accept or reject our counteroffer.
Requirements
- Must apply by deadline and use the discount code listed in your email or letter,
if one is listed
- Must use Name Your Price application and include credit card info. Emails
asking if we will accept Name Your Price offers, will be ignored.
- If we accept your price, your charge card will be immediately charged
for the registration fee or deposit (depending on the program type).
Exclusions
If you have already booked a program, this can be only used on an extension to your existing program or on a new, additional program.
Some Pointers
- Discounts of more than 15% are rarely approved, while discounts of 5-10%
are much more likely to be accepted.
- We set prices from August to October, if the US Dollar is stronger
versus the Euro, Canadian Dollar, etc. then we might be able to approve a
bigger discount.
- If you are naming a price for a Volunteer/Internship program or College Study Abroad, the registration fee will be converted to a deposit and applied toward your program fee.
- It may take us up to 72 hours to process your Name Your Price application.
- Remember our 100% money back guarantee is NOT in affect for name your
price applications and counteroffers. Your registration fee or deposit is NOT
refundable.
- Name Your Price accepted applications or counter offers are valid for
dates and program location specified on your application. Changes to program dates can be
made, but please note prices are subject to change.
- Name Your Price accepted applications or counter offers for travel in
the following year must be paid in full by mid-October of the current year
or price is subject to change.
