This company is one of the top accounting firms in London, providing financial advice to both individuals and businesses. The clientelle ranges from individual customers to worldwide corporations based out of the United Kingdom.
Interns will assist with basic accounting and sales/ledger tasks. This may include banking resolution, updating the ledger, preparing accounts, and preparing VAT (value added tax) returns. In addition, interns will manage and forecast cash flow, prepare accruals and pre-payments, assist with audits, and visit clients to build relations.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30
Location of Placements: London
Lodging: Shared apartment
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Minimum commitment: 8 weeks.
- Accounting background
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Important Things to Consider:
- A knowledge of accounting packages is beneficial.
