The horse ranch has twenty beautiful resident horses on about 50 acres. Almost since the beginning of history, horses have been used by humans for various purposes. Taking care of horses can be somewhat complicated and requires a certain degree of passion for horses.
This placement is perfect for volunteers who have a passion for animals. All participants will get tons of hands-on experience with what it takes to care for horses. This includes feeding, grooming, handling, caring, and riding. <p> This program will teach volunteers how to ride horses as well as how to take care of them. It is open to anyone with an interest in learning more about these great animals, whether you already know a great deal or nothing at all. <p> <b>Airport Pickup:</b><br>Volunteers should arrive in Bangkok (BKK airport) on Sunday, where transportation will be provided to Singburi (about 2 hours north of Bangkok) for the introductory week.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday. Schedule arranged on-site.
Location of Placements: Singburi Province
Lodging: Homestay with local family.
