Public Health Work Thailand Volunteer Placement
Options
- Full-time volunteer
- Internship
- Part-time volunteer
- Volunteer Only
Thailand significantly lacks widespread primary health care resources. Residents are dying on a daily basis, because their villages do not have enough doctors, hospitals, or even basic health care clinics. Volunteers with a health care background are needed to provide health education to schools, organizations and education centers.
Thailand has at least one hospital in each district, and every sub district has one public health center. Each volunteer's work at their assigned clinic will be dependent upon past experience, qualifications, and skills.
