This internship places you at one of Russia's largest full-service law firms. With more than 120 attorneys in Moscow and St. Petersburg, the firm is able to provide legal services in all areas of law throughout the country. A large network of partners allows the company to also serve the former Soviet Republics and the rest of the world, with leading offices in all the major locations across the globe.
As an administrator, interns will be in charge of office management, which can include writing reports and letters, handling phone calls, and setting meetings, appointments, and agendas. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for clients in the office.
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, plus a one hour lunch break.
Location of Placements: Moscow
Lodging: Homestay with private room and 2 meals or private room in shared apartment with no meals during class. Apartment with no meals during placement.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Minimum commitment: 4 weeks.
- Minimum Russian level: Mid-Intermediate
- Ability to receive tasks and report both orally and in writing.
- Organizational skills.
- Please apply at least 3 months in advance.
