This community-run orphanage was founded in order to provide a safe environment for children and adolescents to grow. The organization provides basic care for these children, including eating, sleeping and education, who do not have a family because of abandonment or other reasons.
In a general sense, the volunteer will assist the nuns and priests in supporting the kids in the orphanage. They can help them with their homework, activities, playing with the kids when they have free time, talking to them and general tasks as needed by the organization. On occasion, the volunteer may be asked to work in the morning and will be given advance notice to occasionally do so.
