National Park Tour Guide
Ecuador Volunteer Placement
This placement offers the opportunity to be a tour guide to visitors at national parks and other natural resources.
Specific placement tasks will be determined upon confirmation/arrival.
Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00-5:00pm
Location of Placements: Azuay
Lodging: Homestay
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Minimum commitment: 4 weeks.
- Minimum Spanish level: High-Intermediate
- Prior studies of zoology, biology, or ecology.
Important Things to Consider:
- Experience in tourism and a knowledge of the land is preferred, but not required.
Other Comments:
The maximum number of volunteers that this organization accepts is 1-2.
