This Agricultural Ecological Farm was established on January 16, 2001 with the intention of contributing to society and its consciousness of conservation issues. Through the use of organic farming methods, soil regeneration and conservation, natural herbicides and pesticides as well as the enhancement of the natural environment, it intends to be an example to other farms in order to spread these practices on a larger scale. The project is run by a family of five. It has five hectares.
The kind of work you can expect while volunteering at the farm includes construction, feeding the animals, planting seeds, soil conservation, maintenance of medical plants and processes to create organic shampoos, using and producing organic fertilizer, maintaining the spring water wells and harvesting crops.
