Sample Weekend Excursions
Arenal Volcano and Hot Springs
If nature allows it you will see a once in a lifetime show. Clouds of smoke and red-hot lava emerge through the crater of the Arenal volcano. Take a dip in the hot springs found all around the area, relax and benefit from the healing effects of the minerals in the water.
Includes: Transportation, accommodations in a hotel or cabin of your choice (all equipped with T.V., fan, air conditioning, hot water, and private bathroom).

Arenal Volcano, Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve
Enjoy the majesty of the Arenal volcano and the wide variety of birds and mammals that take refuge in the artificial lake. Then head to Monteverde, a private reserve dedicated to the conservation of the area's Flora and Fauna and to the development of new ways of conserving the environment.

Manuel Antonio National Park
It's a National Park on the Central Pacific, and it's one of the most beautiful beaches found in this region of the country. The landscape is composed of white sands and warm waters surrounded by lush vegetation. You can see a variety of Flora and Fauna including white-faced monkeys, sloths, raccoons and many other species of rodents and birds.

Caribbean Coast
This is a weekend trip to Puerto Viejo and the city of Limon. This city is the capital of the Afro-Caribbean culture in Costa Rica and possesses dialects based on English, which have survived due to the natural barriers between the central valley and the Caribbean.

Sample Day Excursions
Arenal Volcano/ Hot Springs
One of the active volcanoes that can be found in Costa Rica. During the day you can see smoke emanating from the crater. With the dark of night you can see bright red eruptions of lava, which create relaxing hot springs.

Canopy Tour
You can either go to Poas or San Lorenzo. This trip is done on ropes amongst the treetops. Appreciate first hand the great biodiversity that nature has to offer. The tours are done with very good equipment and visitors are secured with harnesses and security lines. Go between bridges and platforms 15 meters off the ground or higher, as high as 27 meters.

City Tour of San Jose

Known as the birthplace of Costa Rican art, Sarchi is the perfect place to see the technique and the manual art of our country.
