This is an important part of creating a successful and productive police force in today’s society. Police must learn to read between the lines, understand the nuances of high-stress communication, and learn how to diffuse situations with competent and culturally sensitive Spanish language skills.

Participants will learn the relevant vocabulary and common expressions that they may use on a day-to-day basis or is specific situations at work.
