Program Snap Shot
Requirements:
- Low Intermediate (if zero, add 8-10 weeks of regular French before course)
Program (included in tuition):
- 5 hrs/day general group French (20 hrs/week)
- Group French Classes (Max 14)
- 3 hrs/day specialized French Law (15 hrs/week private lessons)
- Workshops, meetings, and visits to the courthouse, arbitration center, League of Human Rights, etc.
- Shared room with host family (breakfast daily)
- Emergency message service
Possible Options (extra cost):
- Student Residence instead of host family
- Airport pick-up

Students and professionals who work or plan to work in the French-speaking legal world have the opportunity to develop their knowledge in various fields including labor law, business law, human rights, property law, etc, and to improve their skills and language tools necessary to understand and interact in a professional context. Paris has long been an International center for diplomatic relations and is an ideal location to study the French language in its legal contexts. At least high beginner French language proficiency is recommended to benefit the most from the program.

Nicknamed "the City of Lights," Paris is truly one of the world's most beautiful cities. This capital city is bisected by the Seine river and is made up of 20 districts. Each district has its own character and meaning for Parisians. The art, music, theater, fashion, literature, and architecture of Paris make it a mecca for travelers from all over the world.
France is world-renowned for its rich history and spectacular cuisine. The landscape ranges from the high cliffs and rocky beaches in the north, to the resorts of the Riviera in the south. France’s beautiful countryside is abundant with vineyards and farms. Cosmopolitan cities and quaint towns make France a diverse country ripe in culture and charm.

Other: Located in the heart of Paris, near the Opera, the Louvre museum, the
Pompidou Center, Notre-Dame cathedral and the famous Parisian shops. The school occupies the whole second floor of a typical Parisian building. 20 sunny and spacious classrooms, a cyber-cafe with free internet access and a cafeteria.
