Information about Sevilla, Spain (Click to view)
This city is the capital of Andalusia with a population of about 700,000. The historical influence of the Moors is still present in old Sevillan architecture today. This is especially evident in the cathedral that is one of the most spectacular in all of Spain. The famous customs and traditions of bullfighting and flamenco help make Sevilla an exciting and spectacular city for the language traveler.
From its dazzling beaches to its ancient castles, Spain is a country as diverse as the cultures which have influenced its art, architecture, music and lifestyle. It is a land where cathedrals and castles are interspersed with skyscrapers, where modern rock mixes with flamenco guitar, and night clubs compete with cozy "tapas" bars. Spain offers some of the world's most famous museums, resorts, and festivals, making it a unique and enchanting destination.
Participants: Mostly form Europe, US and Asia. Wide age range.
