Our award-winning cooking classes in Italy offer a unique opportunity to experience first hand authentic Italian regional cooking techniques and recipes that have been developed and handed down over generations. Our cooking classes allow you to immerse yourself in the culture and lifestyle unique to the Sorrento and the Campania region while learning to cook authentic Italian dishes in an informal and friendly environment. You will learn the passion of the Italian kitchen and have a lot of fun and enjoyment doing it. You will learn to prepare a full meal which includes an antipasti, primo piatti, secondo piatto, and dolce.

Sorrento stands on a dramatic line of 150-foot cliffs, looking north across the Bay of Naples. It was originally a Greek village whose name was derived from the mythical song of the mermaids. Sorrento is a flower-filled town which draws thousands of national and international visitors. The small town center boasts an impressive cathedral, a Franciscan church with a distinctive 13th-century cloister, and many lovely seaside restaurants and cafes. Sorrento is a gateway to the romantic island of Capri as well as the historic city of Pompeii.
Known for its diverse regions, rich culture, and fabulous food, boot-shaped Italy possesses perhaps the most instantly identifiable physical shape of any country in the world. You can visit Roman ruins, gawk at Renaissance art, stay in tiny hill towns, ski the Alps, explore the canals of Venice, and see more churches than you can imagine. Naturally, you can indulge in the elementary pleasures of good food, improving your wardrobe, and seeking out "la dolce vita." From its beaches to its Alpine mountains, Italy vibrates with a special soul that is reflected in its people, music, and art.
