Morelia Spanish School
Morelia, Mexico
Spanish School Facilities:The campus is located in the downtown area. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Cathedral and a 3-minute walk to the park and to “Casa de las Artesanias.” The school has very nice facilities and occupies two buildings: one with 21 classrooms and the main offices and the other with 5 classrooms, the cafeteria and bookstore. Both buildings have a roof terrace where the language exchange program is held every evening. There is capacity for 80 students/day.
What We Like:
What We Don't Like:
Participants:Students are mainly from the US and Europe with a wide age range. They tend to be serious about their study and immersion experience. Also, English is taught to locals.Past Participants Who Studied Spanish in MoreliaJohn A.: I was pleasantly surprised by the competence of the instructors; clearly superior to similar schools I've attended. I know from experience that homestays can be a mixed bag, but I feel I was very fortunate.See more reviews

Other Program Info:This program works well for the most advanced level students. The teachers are highly educated in many other subjects besides Spanish, which allows students substantial influence over what is covered in class when taking private classes.
