In Ciudad Cancun, not in the main tourist area (i.e students are able to experience genuine Mexican culture). Buses to the tourist zone leave every 5 minutes. Classrooms with fans. The terrace is common space where a complimentary breakfast is offered, and sodas/snacks for sale. Capacity is 70 students/day.

- More than 1 student per family
- Many tourists in some areas of Cancun
- Very hot and humid in May & June
