Portuguese School Facilities:The school is located a 5-minute walk from the beach. Two buildings separated by a lush garden with 6 classrooms, a recreation room with access to TV/DVD player, computers with free Internet access and wireless, and a snack area. Capacity of 40 students/day.

Participants:Mostly from the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. The age mix includes university students, professionals, and independent travelers. Students from the ages of 17 and 65 regularly attend the school, but ages 20-35 make up 75% of school's population.Past Participants Who Studied Portuguese in MaceioMeredith R.: Everything was excellent from the first phone call to AmeriSpan until even after my classes ended.
