Host School:
For those food enthusiasts who wish to get a taste of French cuisine (and learn how to make it too!) while studying and improving speaking skills, this course may be perfect. Participants learn to cook in the home of a renowned French chef and get a relaxing lesson on how to enjoy both food and company the French way.
The course includes 4 hours each morning of language instruction and two meetings each week with a professional chef in her home. It is open to all levels of cooks and French speakers. Students will learn tips used in the culinary arts, discover new tastes and recipes and try fresh local ingredients.
French classes take place at the language institute on the first floor of a Belle Epoque building. The school is equipped with a multimedia learning center including an audio language lab, computer center and videos. Computer Lab includes free internet access for students.

France is world-renowned for its rich history and spectacular cuisine. The landscape ranges from the high cliffs and rocky beaches in the north, to the resorts of the Riviera in the south. France’s beautiful countryside is abundant with vineyards and farms. Cosmopolitan cities and quaint towns make France a diverse country ripe in culture and charm.
